Support Guidelines for Lightspeed Integration with Foodhub

1. Registration

To begin integrating Lightspeed with Foodhub, follow these steps to register for a POSHUB account:

• Visit tryposhub.com to initiate the registration process.

• Click on the "Register" button.

• Enter your phone number or email address.

• Create a secure password.

2. Location Creation

Once registered, proceed to create a store location within POSHUB:

• Navigate to the "Locations" section.

• Click on the "+" icon to add a new location.

• Provide the store/restaurant name and its corresponding address.

3. Connecting to Third-Party POS Systems

After setting up your location in POSHUB, you can seamlessly connect to a third-party POS system like Lightspeed:

• Go to the "Apps" section.

• Click on the "+" icon.

• Choose Lightspeed K from the list of available POS systems.

• Follow the prompts to authenticate in to your Lightspeed K account.

• Upon successful authentication, connect your location on Lightspeed K and sync the menu.

4. Connecting to Marketplaces

To enable order syncing from marketplaces, ensure your store is registered in BOB CRM:

• Provide your manager number (used for MYT app login) within POSHUB.

• POSHUB will display associated stores; select the relevant one to connect.

• Once connected, orders placed on the selected marketplace store will be seamlessly sent to your linked POS system.

5. Menu Creation and Publishing

Catalog Sync:

Once your POS system is connected, the catalog will automatically synchronize with POSHUB, including categories, items, modifiers, prices, and images.

Menu Creation:

• Navigate to the "Menus" section in POSHUB.

• Create a new menu.

• Select desired items, categories, and modifiers from the synced catalog to include on your ordering website and apps.

Publishing the Menu:

Once the menu is curated, it's time to publish it to the marketplace website:

• Click on the "Publish" button.

• The new menu will replace the previous one in BOB CRM's menu inputter.

• Consumers can now view and order from the updated menu on the website and apps.

6. Order Processing

After publishing the menu, test the integration by placing an order from Foodhub marketplace. You should seamlessly receive and process the order within Lightspeed K.
