It has come to our attention that some customers have reported experiencing issues with their Uber device not producing any sound after disintegrating their Uber tablet. This is a known issue and occurs because during the initial integration of their Uber device, the tablet's notification settings change from normal to silent mode to prevent both devices from producing notification sounds simultaneously when clients receive orders. However, when the device is disintegrated, it should automatically switch back to normal mode so that customers can receive notifications when they receive orders.

Unfortunately, this process may not always work as intended. We understand the inconvenience this can cause and would like to assure you that we have a quick solution to this problem. Simply send the following email to Uber's support team, and your device's sound will be rectified within 24 to 48 hours from the time it is raised with Uber. It is important to note that this is the SLA given by Uber to rectify sound on the Uber tablet.
