The Foodhub integration with Toast POS allows restaurants to manage all their orders in one place. Whether it’s online ordering, kiosk orders, or third-party marketplace orders (Uber Eats, Just Eat, Deliveroo, etc.), Foodhub ensures every order flows directly into Toast. Limitations (Current Beta Phase)

  • Onboarding requires coordination with Toast, making the process longer than future self-serve setup.

  • Complex menu structures or certain third-party discounts may need adjustments to map into Toast.

  • Some Toast-native features (e.g., advanced loyalty, gift cards) are not yet supported via integration.


Onboarding

  • With TPC Tile: Once the Foodhub tile is added in Toast Partner Connect, our Third-Party Integrations Operations Team contacts the merchant immediately.

  • Without TPC Tile: Our operations team reaches out via phone (or email if not reachable) and shares the Toast onboarding form to begin setup.
