Can we make menu changes on Uber Eats ?
When making menu changes for our clients by copying over the FoodHub menu to Uber Eats, there are a few limitations that we need to inform the customers about. Please note the following:
- Menu Copy: We will check with the customer if it's acceptable to copy their FoodHub menu to Uber Eats.
- Price Increase: We will confirm with the customer the desired amount by which they want to increase their prices on the Uber Eats menu.
- Promotions and Discounts: It's important to inform the customer that we do not support "buy one get one free" offers, discounts, or any other promotional offers through the integrations.
- Calorie and Allergen Information: If the customer has calorie or allergen information configured on their FoodHub website, we can copy that information over to Uber Eats as well.
- Menu Backup: As a precautionary measure, we will create a backup of their existing Uber menu before implementing any changes. This allows us to easily revert back to the original menu if the customer is not satisfied with the changes made.
By notifying the customer about these limitations and ensuring their agreement, we can proceed with the menu changes accordingly.
